Glenn Brown has investigated resource investments in over forty countries and has analyzed exploration and development projects in uranium, gold, silver, diamonds, and base metals for over 25 years. He was professor of Geology and Geological Engineering at the University of Toronto from December 1988 to May 1997 and thereafter joined Canaccord Capital Corp as a senior mining analyst until April 1999. He started the Toronto office of Haywood Securities in 1999. As Vice-President Research at Haywood, he began the daily publication 'Radar Screen’ and played a critical role in building the new team until February of 2004. Glenn continued as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Toronto until 2007 before moving full time to Boswell Capital. Glenn holds a BSc in Geology and a PhD in Geology and Geophysics.

Paul Wood has been involved in finance, transaction structuring and execution for twenty-five years. He began his professional career at CIBC in London, England, where he was a trader of Treasury Products prior to moving into Corporate Finance. He joined Strategic Consulting Group taking responsibility for producing studies on Investment Banking, Equity and Bond Markets, Merchant Banking and Venture Capital. Since then Paul has been exclusively focused on transaction structuring, including M&A, restructurings and trouble-shooting special situations independently and at Ernst & Young, as well as in-house for multi-national companies. Paul has executed transactions in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Most recently Paul has been focusing on raising capital and structuring transactions in the resource sector.

Hugh Switzer has lead Boswell’s uranium brokerage consulting contract since early 2010, when he began leading the execution of commercial market sales for Sopamin, a parastatal subsidiary of the Niger government. He oversees corporate development, client relationships and day-to-day operations for Boswell and its four affiliates. He previously worked in the non-profit sector, specializing in operations and project management, but brings a solid understanding of effective business operation and control to Boswell. Hugh holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Dalhousie University in Halifax.

Andrew Kearns assists with investment analysis and corporate finance at Boswell Capital, where he manages proprietary resource investments. Andrew has previous mining experience at Rio Tinto/Diavik Diamond Mines, Suncor Energy Inc., and consulting firm Golder Associates and brings an interest in mining, geology, and finance to Boswell. At Boswell, Andrew has evaluated investment opportunities around the world and worked on a variety of corporate finance assignments. Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a Level 2 candidate in the CFA Program.
